Power Rankings - Pre Training Camp

LAR
Los Angeles Rams
Rams trading for Myles Garrett makes them the best defense in the league at this moment. Pair that with returning MVP in Matt Stafford and they should be the best team and Super Bowl favorite at this time.

SEA
Seattle Seahawks
The returning champs fall to number 2. A lot of things had to happen for them to make it this far but and they also traded away a few pieces like Coby Bryant and Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker. They look to return to the top of the mountain but it will be tough to get back.

BAL
Baltimore Ravens
A new young offensive coordinator from the Ben Johnson tree paired with 2-time MVP Lamar Jackson. This team is in win now mode and looks to pick up right where the previous regime left off.

BUF
Buffalo Bills
Another new coach paired with former MVP. This team is in win now mode as well and looks to regain some ground in their own division.

CHI
Chicago Bears
The Bears were one of the hottest teams last year riding on Caleb Williams back. They got some more weapons on the offense and if the defense can match their intensity and hustle like they did in the post season last year they will be a dangerous team.

KC
Kansas City Chiefs
KC's season was basically over when Mahomes went down but they were struggling up until that point. They reloaded on defense but will need to bring back that back to back championship mentality to return to the top.

PHI
Philadelphia Eagles
We all saw Makai Lemon being drafted to replace AJ Brown. We have Dianna Russini to thank for that intel. The Eagles are still in their window as long as Howie Roseman is the GM.

DEN
Denver Broncos
Their performance in the league is largely based off of how healthy Bo Nix is. If he returns this season it would be excellent for the Broncos because their defense is top 3 in the league.

DAL
Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys knocked it out of the park in the draft with Caleb Downs. They also reloaded on defense and I really liked what I saw from  Schottenheimer and his coaching skills last year.

GB
10 Green Bay Packers
The Green Bay packers have a ton of young talent on their team but with Micah Parson' still being injured and their #1 offensive weapon also coming back from an ACL tear if this team can stay healthy they can compete for the NFC North.

SF
11 San Francisco 49ers
It feels like this is really a make it or break it year for the 49ers. They desperately need to go all in but need to stay healthy for a full 17 game season and the playoffs. Something they havent done in a few years. Thanks Substation.

DET
12 Detroit Lions
I feel like Detroit will be back this year. They barely missed the wildcard game and will play a fourth place schedule. It also feels like this is a prove it year for Dan Campbell. Without Ben Johnson who are the Lions?

HOU
13 Houston Texans
They had a historic defense last year and the play from the QB in the playoffs was what set them back. CJ Stroud is in a contract year and needs to prove why he should be the highest paid QB. Just gotta see it.

LAC
14 Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers are a very sneaky team this year. Again if they can stay healthy with Mike McDaniels as the new OC they could win the division.

NE
15 New England Patriots
I feel like there is a very big regression coming here. All of the off field drama with Mike and Diana and playing one of the easiest schedules in history last year, I am going to need to see it from the Patriots.

JAX
16 Jacksonville Jaguars
Im not really sure what to think with the Jags. They played really well but also gave up huge draft capital for Travis Hunter. Is it too soon to call him a bust?

CAR
17 Carolina Panthers
Bryce Young is in his prove it year. Would you pay him 65M per year? Me neither unless he really dials this offense up. They won the division but cmon the NFC South is awful.

MIN
18 Minnesota Vikings
Kyler Murray really is an interesting player and pair him with KOC they have a ton of talent on this roster. Can you imagine if he can unlock his full potential? By far the most talented QB that KOC has gotten to work with. It feels like 9 is also Trey Lance at this point.

WAS
19 Washington Commanders
Jayden Daniels is a very talented QB but can he carry the offense enough to overcome his aging defense? He will need to stay to the field to have a chance at doing that.

TB
20 Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Let him Bake. I feel like coaching is holding this team back but then again I look at it and think they are just mid.

IND
21 Indianapolis Colts
The Colts really had something going for them last year with Daniel Jones. No doubt he is the future but again he has to stay on the field to do so.

CIN
22 Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals window it feels like has closed. Their defense is terrible after now moving on from Hendrickson. They are wasting Joey Ice's talent and he should request a trade.

NYG
23 New York Giants
They knocked it out of the park in the draft and coaching hire. I just need to see a bit more from the young core to prove who they are. I have no doubt they will be higher on this list as the season progresses...and starts.

ATL
24 Atlanta Falcons
Not sure what to think of the Falcons. Their QB has to stay healthy and their defense has to stop getting arrested.

PIT
25 Pittsburgh Steelers
Mike and Aaron back at it again. It worked once in Green Bay and honestly if they went out and won it that would be pretty cool. Wont happen though so I have no problem saying it.

ARI
26 Arizona Cardinals
It feels like the Cardinals this year are the Raiders last year. Highly drafted RB with no OLine help. I wonder how it will turn out.

LV
27 Las Vegas Raiders
Lots of talent on this team and a young QB. One problem, he hasnt taken an NFL snap before and no one knows how he will do.

NO
28 New Orleans Saints
They honestly could go out and win the division.

NYJ
29 New York Jets
Geno Smith welcome back!

CLE
30 Cleveland Browns
You could see the pain in Jared Verse's eyes in that welcome to Cleveland video. New coach should give them a spark but I actually think the Browns are cursed.

TEN
31 Tennessee Titans
New coach for Cam Ward and I think Saleh might have done well at NYJ if it were not for Aaron Rodgers getting him fired.

MIA
32 Miami Dolphins
Rebuild year for the Dolphins. Malik Willis does not feel like the long term answer nor Haffley as the coach. They could openly just be tanking.
